New Batch Ovens
Gas-fired walk-in batch ovens for pre-heating, dry-off and powder curing up to 500°F. 55 standard sizes from 6′ × 6′ × 6′ to 12′ × 12′ × 55′, assembled or as an install-it-yourself kit.
Standard Features
6″ aluminized-steel insulated wall and roof panels
Top-mounted burner box, natural gas or propane
Direct-fired burner with 20:1 turndown
Ceiling-mounted ductwork and nozzles for a clear work area
Double doors on one end
Powered exhaust fan with automatic purge cycle
UL-listed control panel, 460V / 3-phase / 60 Hz
Digital temperature controller and high-limit control
Flame safety with UV scanner; FM-compliant controls
Automatic shutdown at a preset cool-down temperature

¼” steel plate floor, or 3″ insulated floor with cart-wheel slots

Standard Sizes
Model numbers are the inside clearance opening in feet, width × height × length (for example, 8815 = 8′ × 8′ × 15′). Custom sizes are available.
