Equipment Removal, Relocation & Refurbishment

From pulling a single spray booth to moving a complete powder coating line across state lines, we handle the teardown, transport, reinstallation and repair, done by people who know finishing equipment inside and out.

What We Do

Removal & Dismantling

Careful teardown of booths, ovens, washers and conveyors. Panels, track and components are labeled and documented, and electrical and gas connections are safely disconnected.

Rigging & Transport

Proper lifting, crating and loading to prevent structural damage, plus freight coordination for single pieces or complete lines, local or multi-state.

Reinstallation & Startup

Reassembly at your new location, conveyor alignment, airflow balancing, and burner and control checkout so the line comes back up running right.

Refurbishing & Parts

The move is the best time to fix what’s worn. We refurbish booths, ovens, conveyors and guns, and source replacement parts so equipment is ready to run when it lands.

Equipment We Handle

  • Complete conveyorized powder coating lines
  • Batch ovens and conveyor cure ovens
  • Powder and liquid spray booths
  • Pretreatment washers and dry-off ovens
  • Overhead and floor conveyors
  • Powder guns and control units

Manufacturer, Rigger, or Us?

The original equipment manufacturer knows its own product but often won’t move or service anyone else’s, and may not handle used equipment at all. A general rigger can lift and haul, but usually can’t reassemble, rebalance or repair finishing equipment. We bring both: the mechanical knowledge of booths, ovens, conveyors and guns, and the hands-on experience of moving them, whatever the brand.

Planning a Move?

Tell us what equipment you have, where it is and where it’s going. We’ll put together a plan and a quote.
